  1. Irregular head shape – this happens when baby prefer sleeping in a certain position with head tilted or rotated to one side, this causes the shape of the skull to be irregular.
  2. Delayed development such as crawling, walking, speech, recognition – misaligned vertebrae bone causes nerve pressure and affects the nerve supply to all parts of the body including our brains. This might lead to delayed development in our child.
  3. Colic- frequent, prolonged and intense crying or fussiness in a healthy infant, normally due to discomfort in stomach.
  4. Walking issues – Walking (Gait) abnormalities are commonly seen in kids such as flatfeet, toe walking, pigeon toes, bowlegs, and knock-knees.

  3. Hands and legs numbness- Nerve pressure caused by misaligned vertebrae bone causes localized discomfort and possibly radiating to the posterolateral thigh, to the knee and calf.
  4. Leg(s) cramps – Painful involuntary muscle contractions that typically affect the calf, foot or both, these are common during pregnancy, often striking at night during the second and third trimesters.
  5. Digestion issues – The space in the belly becomes limited as the baby grows, it compresses our internal organs and normally causes bloating and constipation. These might be affected by hormonal changes during pregnancy and affect nausea and morning sickness.
  6. Sleeping issues – Difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or both. Women can experience insomnia during all stages of pregnancy, but it tends to be more common in the first and third trimesters.
